Someone once told me that I'm blessed with friends. Indeed, I am.

{14/10/2015, 00:45}
Someone once told me that I am blessed with friend. I thought I understood it.

But a few days agos, I revisited this thought, and realised that I understand it differently now. What I had thought before was superficial, now its deeper and maybe ook back and say oh, I hadn't understood it well enough before. But right now at this part of my life, this is what I think should be.
I am indeed and most definitely blessed with friends. And although I contribute it mostly to luck and I don't know when this luck will end. I am ever grateful, like I always am.

Even in this time, I am blessedthe future me, may l with friends. In Singapore, I am blessed with friends who each one in different ways took care of me in different aspects of my life. And I won't lie and say I don't miss my comfort zone with them.

But here on OSEP in Spain, I am blessed with friends that teach and enrich. Not that my friend back in Singapore don't do that. Just that I feel so enriched in the sense of culture and customs that I might not ever have to chance to learn if I stayed.

I am blessed with friends. Indeed, I am. And as always, I am thankful.

Just to clarify, friends here always includes loved one 😉

Letter to myself: 240215

{New beginings}

I believe that everyone has their own life path, regardless if they create it or they follow fate. We meet all sorts of people along the way. Who becomes important to you? Or who starts fading aways, leaving your life? Its often different for everyone. Take example, in classrooms, we are given equal chance to know everyone, but who you become good friends with, is all different.

A lot of times, we meet people cause we're at similar stages of our lives or we have events that bring us together. But in the end, all of us have our own individual lives and I must learn to embrace that.

Your life may not be as glamorous as others but so long as it's worth while to you, it's good enough.

There will be times when you'll be afraid, really really afraid. And there will be times when you'll feel fed up and just want to quit. And there will be times when you'll feel lonely like you're all alone. But all i am saying is, there will be tough times, but do you really want to quit now? Constantly remind yourself why you're doing this. The experience will be worthwhile.

I don't know when it started. But this period marks the start of me creating a life I want for myself.

And for now, jazlyn ching. I think you're doing a pretty good job and I'm proud of you :)

"I'm trying my hardest to be the bravest I can be."

To those I've lost contact with.

I believe its high time I moved on and shut off.
Goals and objectives change.
Now, my needs and wants are different.
It was seem very selfish, but I never said I wasn't.

Was scrolling my contacts and chats, and deleting those that I no longer talked to.

Some, I just felt like meh.

Some, I just felt like you're a nice person but i'm sorry we didnt become closer.

Some, I am really grateful for your guidance and help before. I will never forget it, even if I no longer have your contact.

And lastly, some, who had meant so much to me before. I swear you were important. But alas, our relationship couldn't last the test of time. It could be cause, I didn't make the effort, or it could be you, or it could be the both of us. Whichever way it was, I'm sorry, it ended. And towards the end, regardless what reason, I choose to leave.

"If one day I ever do, disappear or fade away from your life slowly. Do not worry. For I am a coward, and I'm leaving cause I fear. The pain that's to come when you do. Cause forever is a fairytale."

I won't ever forget what I went through with all of you, from the mehs to those who meant shitloads to me.

But I'm sorry.

Let's not get hung up on the past.

To accept that life is ever changing
Is to not get hung up over what people have said or done.
A person could have been rotton and have said or done plenty of bad thing.
But after changing to be better, he/she would also have changed to say and do good things.
Now, if we were to get hung up over what the person has said before, we would still deem he/she as a bad person.
But that wouldn't be true, would it?

Thinking back, I've definitely said and done a lot of things I do not mean. And it honestly eats at me.
Cause I feel like I am not practising what I preach.

But I guess I am using this to console myself.

Thankful.

I am ever so thankful for:

-my fully functional body, for not everyone is so lucky
-my disease free body, for that means I'm healthy
-my caring family, despites our frequent mini arguements and disagreements.
-my friends, who have stood by me throughout everything.
-the people, who have taught me life lessons that have become really important to me now.
-the life lessons I have acquired.
-my experiences for I gain knowledge.
-my mistakes, for I learn lessons.
-the opportunites presented to me
-the people that dote on me
-the roof over my head
-the changes in my life that have led me to become who I am today.

Basically, i'm thankful for everything I have as of now.
Ever grateful for LIFE itself.
And I am contented.

But this is not yet, the best version of myself... 😁

In love everyday ❤

And I would like to believe that people fall in love everyday.

They fall in love with people.
Not necessarily the romantic way.
Maybe not the whole person
And just a certain part.
Maybe just the way they speak to you or how they show you kindness.
And maybe they don't even have to be connected to you.
Just the simplicity of them doing their usual dull routines.
The feeling that they make you feel.

They fall in love with places.
The places that makes you feel calm.
At ease.
Or the places that makes you feel excitment and happiness.
Or the places that you're familiar with.
The places that bring back memories
Or the places you create memories in.

They fall in love with the current.
Living in the moment and the YOLOs.
When people love the minute they're in.

They fall in love with the lessons learnt from past mistakes
For they make us better people.

They fall in love with the future
With the plans they make
And the goals they set.
For these make us better people too

They fall in love with themselves
The person they wake up to be everyday.
We make different choices everyday due to different circumstances.
The lessons they learnt and the plans they've made.

And to conclude
Might I dare say that we're basically falling in love with life every single day.
For life is everchanging
No matter how minute they seem.

And maybe these may not seem applicable to everyone but that's just my view.

Have a good night every one :)

The beach. Tonight.

The sand in my feet.
The cool breeze.
The sound of the waves
The ache in my back.
From sitting too long.
A storm brewing in the sky
Lightning like fireworks
Friends chatting around me.
Talking about feels.
& I'm just sitting.
Kind of chill, kind of creepy.
The beach.
Tonight.

Life under construction.

You've got to understand that, your life is under construction.
It has always been, still is & forever will be under construction.
Things are always changing, situations, your thoughts, your intentions, your decisions, your surroundings.
Everything.
But that's okay.
For, "The only thing I'm sure of is unsure."
And that will have to be perfectly alright by me.
Maybe not now, but eventually.

Sea Aquarium :)

Hey Guys!
Last Saturday I went to the Sea Aquarium at Resort World Sentosa with my family!
My dad's company had this promotion where by you can buy a set of 8 tickets for $18.50 each!
It super cheap! It's even cheaper than the children and senior citizen's ticket price which is $23.
The adult tickets are sold at $33.
Including my grandfather, and cousin ZQ, we only need 6 tickets so my dad sold the other two to my cousin's colleagues.

So before the spamming of fish pictures! (You have been warned!)
Here's my OOTD that day :O

So now I shall shut up and let the picture do the talking :)

Mummy and I :)

Mummy, cousin ZQ and GRANDPA!
My sister
My cute grandpapa :)

This is such a breath taking sight.

This is really cool!
You can see the sharks right beneath your feet!

A video/gif of one of the fishes that blends into the rocks!

Can you spot the seahorse through the magnifying glass?

The pink colour thingys are fishes!

Discovery Touch Pool.
Over at the Discovery we got to touch starfishes and some other shell thingys.
We even got to touch the empty egg pouches of some baby sharks.

Heck! I didn't even know that shark had egg pouches HAHAHAH XD #suagu

I tried touching what was called the chocolate chip star fish?
I was kinda afraid to touch the star fish so I guess I felt weirded out when I touched it, it was sort of rough and soft? HAHHA It's hard to explain. Told you it was weird!

Prettypretty jellyfishes :)

Really pretty colourful jelly fish~

 Octopus!
Personally I feel that the octopus is kinda ugly.
But then it's really majestic when you see it move!
Kind of charismatic I would say :)

In the Sea Aquarium there was a cool machines called Press A Penny, where you crank a handle to get a penny with the pressing of your choice.
And you'll  have a more personalised souvenir i guess? HAHA
It costs only $2 though so cousin ZQ, my sister and I decided to try it out :)

Don't know if you guys can see, you just crank the handle to choose your design for the penny, and then crank it again to press the penny.!

TADA, here's our pennies!
Hopefully you guys can see the pressing on our pennies :)

 Dolphin!

Love how my neon orange hair tie can be seen even in the darkest places!
HEHE! Thought this background looks nice:)
And I MADLOVE my kitty beanie!!

I shall end off with a goofy picture of my family, when my dad tried on my kitty beanie ^.^
We all were laughing at how funny he looked! XD

Thanks for reading! Hope you enjoyed reading! :)
